Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and phone number. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.

When you browse the site, we automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system. This helps us keep the site working properly and understand how it is used.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address for that purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

How We Use Your Information

• To process and ship your orders, and to communicate with you about them
• To respond to customer service requests and returns
• To improve the site and our product selection, using aggregated usage data
• To screen orders for fraud and protect our customers and our business
• To send marketing emails, only if you opted in, with an unsubscribe option in every email

Consent

When you provide personal information to complete a purchase, arrange delivery, or process a return, you consent to us collecting and using it for that purpose. If we ask for your information for a secondary purpose such as marketing, we ask for your consent directly or give you a clear way to decline. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store, and only to the extent needed for them to do their job:

• BigCommerce hosts our store and stores order data on secure servers. See the BigCommerce Privacy Policy.
• PayPal processes payments, including credit and debit cards. Card data is encrypted and handled under PCI-DSS standards by PayPal, not by us. See the PayPal Privacy Statement.
• Shipping carriers and rate providers receive your name and address to deliver your order and calculate shipping options.
• Fraud screening services review order details to protect against unauthorized transactions.
• Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) collect anonymized usage data to help us improve the site.

We may also disclose personal information if required by law, or to enforce our Terms of Use. If Altatac is acquired or merged with another company, customer information may be transferred to the new owner so orders and service can continue.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep your cart contents, maintain your session, and measure site usage. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are sent; some parts of the site, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly without them.

All traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted with SSL/TLS. Payment card data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers and is never stored by Altatac. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry standard practices to protect your information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. Use of the Site

Products, Pricing, and Availability

We work to keep product information, pricing, and inventory accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or availability, with a full refund of any amount charged. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and fraud review. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that our screening flags as high risk. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Intellectual Property

The content of this site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Altatac or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names and brand trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altatac is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
